I made this in a contest and the kit is gorgeous! This scrapkit used to be PTU but is now FTU. You can get the kit from Gimtastic Scraps. Don't forget to check all the other gorgeous FTU kits they got there! The artist is the very talented Psyco Jimi. I don't know where if his tubes are available anymore, but will update this once I know more.
